Has served in the past as Chairman of the Board and President of the Federation of Greek Industries, Member of the European Parliament (where he served at the Energy and Monetary Affairs Committees), Member of the Trilateral Commission, Vice-President of UNICE and Chairman of the Board of TIM HELLAS. He is currently a member of the Board of Nikas Co.

He holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Amherst College and M.S. and D.Sc. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.

He served in the past as Managing Director of Hellenic Allumina S.A., as staff member of the International Finance Corporation, Managing Director of Alpha Ventures S.A., Director of Project Finance with Alpha Bank and Managing Director of the Danube Fund Ltd. & Southeastern Europe Management Co.

He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Polytechnic University of Greece and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is currently the majority shareholder of Easy Credit Srl.,Moldavia.

Gerasimos has worked as a consultant on environmental issues for the Union of Industrial and Employer’s Confederation of Europe (UNICE), as a consultant in Corporate Strategy, Finance, Organization and Management Systems with REMACO S.A. and Senior Consultant at the European Affairs Department of the Vardinoyannis Group of Companies. He is currently CEO of Filia Environmental Industries S.A. and Operations Manager of the FILIA GROUP of Companies.

He holds a degree of Economics from the University of Grenoble and a M.A. in Advanced European Economic Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges.

Prior to joining the Coca-Cola System, Dr. Giavassoglou worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Patras and a Consultant for engineering projects. He was also associated with Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. as a Consultant Engineer, supervising the construction of the Patras plant from 1979 to 1980.
Dr. Giavassoglou commenced his career with Hellenic Bottling Company S.A in 1983. He held several positions of increasing responsibility in the maintenance and technical operations departments until 1993, when he was appointed General Manager of operations in Northern Greece. In 1995, he was appointed Technical Operations Manager of the Greek operations and in 1998 Technical Director of Hellenic Bottling Company S.A.
In 2000, he became Regional Technical and Engineering Director of Coca-Cola Hellenic and in February 2004 he became Supply Chain Services Director.

Dr. Giavassoglou holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras.

Dimitrios has worked until 2005 for CLIFFORD CHANCE in Frankfurt, at the Mergers & Acquisitions department. From 2008 he is an Attorney at Law – Managing Partner of the FOUTSIS & PARTNERS law firm.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Athens and a Masters Degree in European Corporate Law from the University of Bonn.

Elli’s professional career has been with S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. since 2001, in various positions in Business Development and Marketing. She is currently the Sales & Marketing Manager at Filia Environmental Industries S.A.

She holds a B.A. Degree in Geology from Amherst College and a M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering & Sustainable Development from Imperial College, London.

Leonidas is a Partner in the Law Firm Maravelis- Nikolaides & Associates.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Athens and an MBA in Civil Law from the same University.

Alexander has worked between 2002 and 2009 at Morgan Stanley in New York, London and Athens. He has been part of Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Finance Division, and was part of the General Industrial Group in New York and London, whereas in Athens he was responsible for the coverage of Greek clients. He has participated in numerous financings (both equity and debt), mergers and acquisitions. He is currently the Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Axia Ventures Group Ltd. in Athens.

He holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from Amherst College.

Sophia has worked in the past as an Investment Analyst with Southeastern Europe Management Co.(2005-2007) and as an Associate in investment and business communications with Financial Dynamics (2004-2005). Since 2008, she is an Investment Banker at Credit Suisse in London.

Her academic credentials include a B.Sc. Degree in Psychology-Industrial Psychology (2003, University College, London), a M.Sc. in Law and Economics (2004, London School of Economics) aMBA in Finance (2008, Columbia University).

Konstantinos has worked in the past as marketing manager for Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM Hellas) in Athens and for Sarantis S.A. Group of Consumer Co’s. He is currently Marketing Manager in Vodafone Hellas S.A.

He holds a B.Sc. degree in Marketing from the American College in Greece (DEREE), an M.B.A. from the Athens Laboratory in Business Adninistration (ALBA) and an M.A. in Communications from City University in London.
